In this episode, I talk about setting boundaries in spiritual realms to protect from negative energies and entities. I talk about the need for spiritual hygiene and discernment in what we allow into our spiritual space. Techniques for challenging entities or energies include asking them directly if they love us unconditionally. By setting these boundaries, one can maintain a pure and protected energy field, allowing for connection with higher realms and entities that serve our highest good.

Season 1 the mystic fool Ep 65 Enlightenment

In this episode, I look at how we can apply the teachings on enlightenment to simplify our lives by letting go of unconscious belief patterns that cause us to seek happiness, love, and validation outside of ourselves. By connecting with our inner spirit through introspection and stillness like meditation, we can remember our true essential nature and find these things within. This reduces the complexity of looking for fulfilment in the external world when it is already within. Stripping away assumptions allows us to just be in the present moment without expectations of how things should be.
Hmmmm... juicy.

Season 1 the mystic fool Ep 64 Truth & Triggers revised

I've just been listening to one of the earlier episodes of the mystic fool; episode number two 'truth and triggers'.
So when we look at truth, what is truth? And I guess we as human beings can't look at any situation without interpreting it within our own paradigm, there's that word again, of our own experiences, our filters, our beliefs, our assumptions. There was a quote that I heard from Joe Dispenza, that the human mind can only receive information that is resonant with that person's emotional state at the time. It explains a lot doesn't it? When you try and tell someone something that you know is true, and they just cannot accept it......

Season 1 the Mystic Fool Ep 60 Bali Spirit

It's been 12 months since I launched my first podcast episode. That is on the day that I record this. Probably not the day I release it, because on this day I'm sitting in Ubud in Bali.
There's a whole different world of birds here in the background. And every morning they start chirping at almost exactly five minutes to six. I'm sure that changes with the time of sunrise.
the calm and the peace of this place
I sit here with these little Bali spirits around bit like birds I think
messengers
they speak of love, caring, they speak of family, they speak of trust in nature to provide
they just are
gentle, perhaps could be described as fragile
definitely not forthcoming or aggressive.
kind, patient, like a pigeon or a dove
Yeah. fascinates me. This place
