Season 1 the mystic fool Ep 72 Staying in the zone

This is a follow on episode from the last one.
A different perspective.  It's important to her both (I think), because in this day and age we are being called upon to take responsibility for our lives, our creations.
My mentorship clients ask me from time to time, how to stay at the zone when they’re trying to manifest something.
The first step that we take is to step into a strong sense of how it feels to have, do or be that thing and, this is often done with a meditation, where I would lead you through a process to really imagine how it feels to be calm, to have achieved what it is.
And of course, then stepping into that energy is so potent, but then I find one of the issues is being able to step back into that energy when you don't have the mystic fool or me at Dreamtime healing to help you to stay in that energy.
So look, ideally, it should be "boom", step into that energy and embody it.
But it doesn't work for everyone instantaneously, like that. It does for some people....
The key is being in the present moment and feeling the energy.

I was talking to one of my mentorship clients yesterday, and we were talking about staying in the zone and getting into the zone.
And, yeah, okay. What zone am I talking about?
What I'm talking about here is when we want to manifest or create something in our life, something we want to have, do or be. The first, most important, thing is to get in the zone of that thing that you want, whether it's to have something, to do something, or to be something.

Season 1 the mystic fool Ep 70 Who are you?

I was just sitting having a quiet time and listening to one of the tranquility circle meditations that I recorded a couple of weeks ago.  In that meditation, I was talking about inner body awareness, which is an awareness of that first etheric body that is not physical, not emotional, not mental, but the first spiritual layer of your being and as we drill down from physical, emotional, mental to spiritual, we put ourselves closer and closer into that realm where we are connected to all things through all time and space. We come close to our true nature, the I Am.

Creating the life you love is the main reason why I do this podcast.
It's the main reason why I run the mentorship sessions.
It's the main reason why I run the meditation groups.
It's the main reason why I run the workshops.
It's the main reason why I hold healing sessions.
Because at the end of the day, everybody would prefer to live the life they love.
 
Creating the life you love really is twofold....
Firstly, what is it that you would do if you were living the life you love.
And secondly, in that life, how would you not be dissuaded from the path by actions of others and situations that you don't prefer.

Season 1 the mystic fool Ep 66 Spiritual Hygiene

In this episode, I talk about setting boundaries in spiritual realms to protect from negative energies and entities. I talk about the need for spiritual hygiene and discernment in what we allow into our spiritual space. Techniques for challenging entities or energies include asking them directly if they love us unconditionally. By setting these boundaries, one can maintain a pure and protected energy field, allowing for connection with higher realms and entities that serve our highest good.
