I talk about the need for spiritual hygiene and discernment in what we allow into our spiritual space. Techniques for challenging entities or energies include asking them directly if they love us unconditionally. By setting these boundaries, one can maintain a pure and protected energy field, allowing for connection with higher realms and entities that serve our highest good.
