Season 2 Ep 80 Why some issues never heal

In this episode I discuss the deeper causes of illness and recurring issues, particularly that conventional methods may not address the root causes. Symptoms are signals of underlying problems, which can include past life entanglements, ancestral trauma, and spiritual invasions. These issues require spiritual work to be resolved, to navigate beyond the veil and clear the root causes.

Season 2 Ep 78 Two Roads: Ego or Essence

When we create from "headspace"—from ego and mental patterns—we often end up just recreating the same unfulfilling realities. This can leave us feeling stuck or sensing there's more to life, more meaning or purpose that hasn’t yet been tapped. That feeling is a signal from our essential nature calling us back to our true path.
At moments like this, we stand at a crossroads: keep striving for external solutions (more stuff, more status), or pause and shift toward our authentic self—shedding what we thought we needed and reconnecting with what truly matters.
Our real purpose is to return to our essence: to remember that we are infinite, powerful creators, like birds and animals in nature that manifest effortlessly from their natural flow. In contrast, when we create from egoic needs—rooted in lack or comparison—we end up chasing things that don’t fulfill us.
The invitation is to pause and review what we’re trying to manifest. Ask: Is this truly aligned with my highest good? Is it a heart-led preference, or an ego-driven want? Maybe it’s time to release the old list and begin again—from clarity, not conditioning.

I reflect on how we often create from our "soul field"—a collection of beliefs, assumptions, and past experiences that can limit our potential. While the ego seeks safety and validation, true creation emerges from our essential nature, beyond the veil of conditioning.
Through personal stories and teachings, I illustrate how preferences rooted in spirit offer a more authentic path than those born from comparison, lack, or the need to feel better about oneself. The invitation is to pause and reflect: are we creating from who we truly are, or from who we think we need to be?
To create not from fear or competition, but from the heart—from presence, from spirit, from wholeness.

Season 2 Ep 74 The End of a Cycle

In this time we are, they say, at the end of a cycle, a cycle of time.   And I'm not too sure that we're going to see a transition within our lifetimes. It's hard to tell...... 
We're in the Age of Aquarius, which is the age of transition, a new age. Yet, from a horoscope point of view, and from a point of view of the procession of the equinoxes, the Age of Aquarius is around about 2000 years.  The Age of Aquarius started in the 1960s so we're kind of maybe 60 years into a 2000 year transition period.  I don't know whether the transition will happen soon, at the beginning of that 2000 year period, or whether it will happen later at the end or during that 2000 year period. 
But one thing that I know is that even if we do not see a transition in our lifetime; we should attempt to be the best version of ourselves that we can be, that we should take every opportunity with the energies that are inbound to the planet Earth in this time, to use those energies for our highest good, and in so doing, be able to use those energies for the highest good of humanity, for the collective consciousness.
As we approach the end of 2024, an important transition is on the horizon - the "year of completion" in 2025. This numerologically significant year represents the culmination of a cycle and the start of a new one.  To help you navigate this pivotal time, I am offering a limited number of special sessions to provide intuitive guidance and support.
